Most large cabin rentals in the Smokies top out around 8,000 square feet. Excalibur is 23,000+ — nearly three times the size — with an elevator serving every floor, so grandparents, strollers, and wheelchairs move as freely as the teenagers racing to the basketball court.

The action floor: heated 16×46 beach-entry indoor pool (opens to outdoor hot tub and tanning area), 2 Lane Duck Pin Bowling Alley, full indoor basketball court with ping pong table and half bath, short stair to the gym overlooking the court, and the bunk room with full bath and 2 hidden kiddy hideout gaming rooms. The bunk room sleeps 18 across 6 custom three-tier bunk beds.
The heart of the lodge: great room with 8 couches, 7 recliners, gas fireplace, and 100" TV under a soaring 20-ft ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows. Full kitchen with 8-burner gas range, double ovens, 2 refrigerators, coffee bar, and wine bar. Dining for 30 at the table plus 18 more at bar, high-top, and fireplace seating. Soundproof theater room. Wrap-around covered porch with propane stone fireplace, a refrigerator, and 3 outdoor grills overlooking Mount LeConte. 5 king suites.
Two king suites (each with twin bunks), a poker table with TV, pull-out sleeper sofas, open office space, card table and board game area, and a catwalk/indoor bridge to a separate sitting room with TV and half bath.
2-car garage with elevator access and a complimentary bellman cart to help transport luggage directly from the garage to any floor. The elevator serves all 4 levels with a floor guide sign — garage, main, upstairs, and downstairs.
Custom 100-ft swinging skybridge to the Summit Nature Trail. Private full-size covered pickleball court (concrete, lighted, paddles/balls provided) surrounded by swings and rocking chairs, with triple tunnel tube slides down the mountain. Lighted 9-hole putt-putt with waterfall (added October 2025). Mountain-view hot tub (seats ~7). Propane gas firepit (seats 8–10, knob start).
An elevator serves all 4 levels, and nearly the entire interior and exterior is ADA accessible. The beach-entry pool has no ladders. Note: the bowling room, gym, one half bath, and outdoor putt-putt are not accessible.
A lodge like this doesn't happen by accident.
